He served in the military for several years, where he developed a strong work ethic and a dedication to serving his country. After completing his service, Gerardo turned his attention to real estate, becoming a licensed agent and investor.
Gerardo has a passion for helping people find their dream homes and investments. He has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the real estate market, which allows him to provide his clients with exceptional service and guidance. Gerardo is committed to his clients' success and works tirelessly to ensure that their needs are met.
In addition to his work in real estate, Gerardo is an active member of his community. I'm Gina Fresquez and the assistant to Gerardo Hernandez with GSH Properties. I am a Colorado Native and currently living and loving my sunny life here in Arizona. Paying attention to detail and getting to know people is what I enjoy about working for GSH Properties. When you enjoy what you're doing, it's not considered work. I've been an accountant for 30 plus years, which involves playing with numbers and making sure the numbers are right. I'm also a designer, so connecting with people is the absolute and most important thing to me. At the end of the day someone is not going to remember what you did for them, they are going to remember how you made them feel. Listening to the details and learning about others is the key to being of service genuinely.
